Partnership Agreement

Purpose

This Partnership Agreement outlines the shared expectations, responsibilities, and commitments between 360West Workforce (“we,” “our,” or “us”) and participating partner organizations (“Partner”). Our goal is to create safe, meaningful, and equitable career‑connected learning experiences for young people across the South Puget Sound.

By engaging in any program, activity, or collaboration with 360West Workforce, the Partner agrees to the guidelines below.

2. Roles and Responsibilities

Partner Responsibilities

Partners agree to:

  • Provide accurate information about their organization, roles, and opportunities

  • Offer activities, experiences, or insights that align with program goals

  • Ensure staff interacting with youth understand expectations and boundaries

  • Maintain a safe physical and/or virtual environment

  • Communicate scheduling, changes, or concerns promptly

360West Workforce Responsibilities

We agree to:

  • Coordinate logistics and communication between schools, partners, and students or young people

  • Provide clear expectations and preparation materials

  • Support partners in designing meaningful learning experiences

  • Maintain student safety and uphold school/district policies

  • Serve as a point of contact for questions or concerns

1. Shared Commitment to Youth Development

Partners agree to:

  • Support safe, inclusive, and developmentally appropriate learning environments

  • Treat all young people with respect and dignity

  • Promote equitable access to opportunities

  • Encourage curiosity, skill‑building, and exploration

We work together to help young people discover their interests and build confidence for their futures.

3. Safety and Compliance

Partners agree to:

  • Follow all applicable workplace, school district, and legal safety requirements

  • Ensure appropriate supervision during activities

  • Report any incidents, concerns, or injuries to 360West Workforce immediately

  • Maintain professional boundaries with youth participants

Safety is a shared responsibility across all partners.

4. Equity and Inclusion

Partners commit to:

  • Providing equitable access to opportunities

  • Avoiding discrimination based on race, ethnicity, gender, ability, identity, or background

  • Creating welcoming environments for all youth

  • Supporting accommodations when needed

We believe every young person deserves meaningful, real‑world learning experiences.

5. Confidentiality and Privacy

Partners agree to:

  • Protect student information and respect privacy

  • Use information only for the purpose of supporting program activities

  • Avoid sharing personal data without permission

360West Workforce will handle all information according to our Privacy Policy.

6. Communication and Coordination

Partners agree to:

  • Maintain open, timely communication with 360West Workforce

  • Notify us of changes to schedules, staffing, or capacity

  • Provide feedback to help improve programs

  • Participate in brief check‑ins or debriefs when appropriate

Strong communication ensures high‑quality experiences for youth.

7. Media and Documentation

Partners understand that:

  • Photos, audio recording, or videos may be taken during activities

  • Consent will be obtained before using images of youth

  • Partners may request copies of media for their own use, subject to permissions

Partners may not publish images or likeness of youth without appropriate consent.

8. Program Adjustments or Withdrawal

Either party may adjust or withdraw from a planned activity if:

  • Safety concerns arise

  • Capacity changes

  • Program goals shift

  • Unexpected circumstances occur

We ask for as much notice as possible to support smooth transitions.

9. Non‑Binding Collaboration

This agreement is intended to outline expectations and shared commitments. It is not a legally binding contract and does not create financial obligations for either party unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.

10. Agreement

By participating in 360West Workforce programs or activities, the Partner acknowledges that they understand and agree to uphold this Partnership Agreement and contribute to safe, meaningful, and equitable learning experiences for young people.
