Purpose

This Code of Conduct outlines the expectations for all individuals who engage with 360West Workforce, including educators, employers, volunteers, partners, and community members. Our goal is to ensure safe, respectful, and inclusive environments where young people can explore careers, build skills, and participate in meaningful real‑world learning experiences.

1. Commitment to Youth Safety

All participants agree to:

  • Prioritize the safety and well‑being of young people

  • Maintain appropriate boundaries

  • Follow all school, district, and organizational safety protocols

  • Report concerns or incidents promptly

No form of harassment, discrimination, or harmful behavior will be tolerated.

2. Respectful Conduct

We expect all partners and participants to:

  • Treat young people, colleagues, and community members with respect

  • Communicate professionally and constructively

  • Honor diverse backgrounds, identities, and perspectives

  • Foster environments where all voices are valued

3. Equity and Inclusion

360West Workforce partners agree to:

4. Professionalism and Integrity

All participants are expected to:

  • Protect confidential or sensitive information

  • Model ethical behavior in all interactions

Our work relies on trust, transparency, and accountability.

5. Safe and Appropriate Learning Environments

Partners agree to:

  • Provide safe, supervised spaces for youth engagement

  • Ensure activities are age‑appropriate and aligned with learning goals

  • Follow all workplace safety guidelines

  • Avoid exposing students to hazardous or inappropriate conditions

Safety is a shared responsibility.

6. Digital and Online Conduct

When engaging with young people or partners online, participants agree to:

  • Use approved communication channels

  • Maintain professional tone and boundaries

  • Protect student privacy and personal information

  • Avoid recording or sharing content without permission

Digital spaces must be as safe as physical ones.

7. Reporting and Accountability

If a concern arises, participants agree to:

  • Report issues promptly to 360West Workforce staff

  • Cooperate with follow‑up or resolution processes

  • Take corrective action when appropriate

360West Workforce reserves the right to limit or end partnerships if this Code of Conduct is violated.

8. Agreement

By participating in any 360West Workforce program, partnership, or activity, individuals and organizations agree to uphold this Code of Conduct and contribute to safe, inclusive, and meaningful learning experiences for young people.
